Shipping and Handling
A ll orders are securely packaged and it is very rare that orders are damaged or lost. However, we are not responsible for any damage to or loss of your package; damage or loss is the responsibility of the shipping company (usually the United States Postal Service "USPS"). We will be happy to provide you with any information we have to help you pursue this matter with the shipping company (e.g. receipt of mailing for USPS items, etc.) but loss/damage is strictly their responsibility.

Media Mail
Media Mail is for T-Shirts, Books, Comic Books and Trade PaperBacks ONLY! This service is NOT available for any order containing any other products (such as Video Games or Trading Card Games). Orders that select Media Mail as a shipping method which contain prohibited items will be rejected. You can find more information on Media Mail (Here).

International Shipping
Our website is not currently set up for international shipping. Due to other countries mail systems, international shipping is dealt with on a case by case basis.
