Galactus Appears
From beyond the stars he came on his mission of destruction the legendary planet-devouring, Galactus. Intending to drain the Earth of its life sustaining energies, he was opposed by the heroic Fantastic Four. Galactus was finally driven off due to the betrayal of his herald, the Silver Surfer, and the FF's attaining of the Ultimate Nullifier, a mysterious weapon event Galactus feared.
