Origin of Morbius
Dying of a rare blood disease, physicist, Michael Morbius, subjected himself to an experimental cell-regeneration device and a serum extracted from bat's blood in a desperate attempt for a cure. The result was a new breed of being: a living vampire human with the powers and craving of an undead vampire! The unintentional killing of his best friend was just the first of the horrors destined to plague the man called Morbius the Living Vampire.
