Cable Return from the Future
The lives of Charles Xavier's third generation of students, the New Mutants, were irrevocably changed with the arrival of Cable, the mysterious soldier from a grim future on a mission to strengthen mutant kind. Leading his new changes into successful campaigns against such foes as the Morlocks and the Mutant Liberation Front, Cable's hard-boiled, no nonsense approach forged his young heroes into the team called X-Force.
