REAL NAME: Jake Gallows

Jake Gallows was just a normal officer in the Public Eye police force , until his family was brutally gunned down by a psychotic killer. Realizing there was no justice in the world, Gallows decided to arm himself in order to emulate his hero of the late 20th century, the Punisher. These days, Gallows still has his day job with the Public Eye, but at night he roams the seamy streets of the future, eliminating all criminals as the Punisher of 2099!
